SAFI Ventures was founded on a simple observation: Women are building extraordinary businesses.
Every day, they create jobs, generate revenue, earn the trust of their clients, and strengthen their communities. Yet many of those same businesses remain harder to grow, harder to lead, and worth less than their performance suggests they should be.
We believe that deserves a different conversation.

The Founder
Eleanor Beaton
After years of advising women entrepreneurs, she noticed the businesses that should have been creating substantial enterprise value often remained dependent on the daily effort of the person who built them.
- Growth depended heavily on the founder.
- Revenue was difficult to predict.
- Teams struggled to absorb increasing complexity.
The more founders she worked with, the clearer it became that these weren’t isolated business problems.
They were structural patterns.
That observation became the foundation of SAFI Ventures and led to the development of the JEWEL Business System—an operating architecture designed to help women-led businesses build the commercial infrastructure required for long-term enterprise value.
